Inflammatory Disease Epidemic: The Convergence Point of EMF, GMOs, and Vaccines.

By:  Dr. Matthew Buckley, PSc.D, CTTH The US spends more per capita on healthcare than any other nation on the planet(R), at over $1 Trillion/year with costs growing.   Over 3/4 of those costs are related to the treatment of chronic disease, such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, diabetes, alzheimers, autism, cadiovascular disease, etc.(R)  The rates of all such diseases are growing, not decreasing, so obviously the true causes of these problems aren’t being addressed.   If you were to try and describe virtually all forms of degenerative disease with just one word, that word would be “inflammation”. (R)  The research is very clear about this fact.  When examining the prime factors behind the surge in inflammatory issues there are principally 3 things that stand out as different about today versus 25 years ago.  Those 3 things are the widespread consumption of RoundUp laden genetically modified food and wheat (R)(R), wireless technology (R), and a surge in the number of vaccines given relative to years past (R).   The biological effects of...

You’re Invited To: Heal Your Body, Heal Your Mind

Do You Or Does Somebody You Know Suffer From Chronic Illness? The plague of the 21st century is here right now.  It has many different names, some of which you’ve surely heard of.  These names include:  Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Lupus, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Autism, Hashimoto’s, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lyme Disease, etc.  While the names may be different, there are common threads that unite them all.  Understanding this information before the diagnosis is given is the action of the wise individual.  The pitfalls in today’s world are many, and believe it or not, the physiology which drives all of the conditions above is pretty well understood at this point.  With this understanding we can prevent and even reverse some of these conditions.  I’ve done it personally by overcoming chronic fatigue and lyme disease, and this knowledge has helped me help others to do the same.  One such individual is now so inspired by her own transformation that she’s putting together a day long seminar to help educate you on some of...

Synergistic Destruction: How Vaccines and GMOs Converge to Fuel Autism and Neurodegenerative Conditions

By:  Dr. Matthew Buckley, PSc.D. There is a lot of debate as to what is the cause, or better yet, causes of autism.  This post isn’t intended to cover all of the variables which fuel autism.  It is intended to provide the reader with an understanding of chief mechanisms related to how consumption of Monsanto’s RoundUp, by way of consuming genetically modified corn, soy, canola oil, sugar beets, or any other “RoundUp ready” crop, as well as vaccines may fuel microglial activation, a leading factor in all neurodegenerative conditions, including autism (1)(2)(3), Alzheimer’s(4)(5), ALS(6)(7), Parkinson’s(8)(9), non-situational depression(10)(11), and virtually all forms of chronic illness.  While this post is more directed towards the discussion of autism, the reality is that all of the factors that I discuss below are unquestionably major factors of consideration in all neurodegenerative conditions.  What is microglial activation? In short, the microglia are the  resident immune cells within the central nervous system.  They are known to exist in two different states, and while in the “surveillance...

How Monsanto is Destroying the Brains and Health of Everyone.

By:  Dr. Matthew Buckley, PSc.D. Interested in slowing your aging process?  Take note! One of my most recent blog entries(1) summarized roughly 10 years of research related to the consequences of inflammatory processes in the periphery of the body, such as the gut, and how this was driving brain degenerative inflammatory processes within the brain. One of the key findings from that research was how pathogenic bacterial waste products known as “lipopolysaccharides” , (LPS) would trigger an immune response, and this immune response would then trigger the brains immune cells, the microglia, to become overly active and degrade brain cells.  (LPS is basically small parts of the cell wall of the bad bacteria.)  This response is called “microglial activation”.  You’ll be hearing a lot more about it over the next 10 -20 years, because stopping this overactivation is central to correcting all degenerative neurological conditions, including Alzheimers, Autism, Anxiety, ALS, Insomnia, non-situational Depression, MS, and many endocrine system disorders including the unbiquitous adrenal and thyroid disorders that so many...

How low grade infections fuel brain degeneration, depression, alzheimers, and more.

By:  Dr. Matthew Buckley, PSc.D. If you’ve worked with me before, you know that I emphasize the need for good gut health if somebody is ever to truly be well.  Chronic low grade infections which exist in all forms of chronic illness, particularly when it comes to the gut, are commonly overlooked or under-diagnosed in the general population.  One of the primary reasons for this is the poor sensitivity that exists for identifying gut infections, in particular parasitic infections.  As I have detailed before (1), false negatives for parasites occur at least 40% of the time when the current “gold standard” testing for gut and parasitic infections are used.  That means about half the people who have obvious symptoms of parasitic infections, never get the appropriate diagnosis and treatment and are therefore ultimately directed down the broken and deadly conveyer belt of the current medical model.  They ultimately end up sicker than when they started, as their bodies become increasingly damaged by the parasites and the toxic medications which...

Cannabinoids: The other vitamin “C”?

By:  Dr. Matthew Buckley, PSc.D. Throughout the nation, one of the hottest social and political discussions right now is whether or not we should legalize marijuana.  I believe that when examining what is known about the utility and the importance of the marijuana plant, specifically as it relates to health, it becomes clear what a grave mistake it is to deprive ourselves of this truly nutrient rich plant.   I believe that its cannabinoid compounds meet the definition of “vitamins”, not just any vitamin, but a vitamin that may be necessary for controlling our bodies ability to eliminate cancerous cells, in addition to supporting numerous bodily functions.(1) It’s worth pointing out that this post is not about marijuana or hemp’s numerous other uses as a food, fuel, or fiber. What is a vitamin? A vitamin is defined as ” any of a group of organic compounds that are essential for normal growth and nutrition and are required in small quantities in the diet because they cannot be synthesized by the...

Ebola unproven treatments; what about vitamins?

bola unproven treatments; how about vitamins? by Jon Rappoport August 15, 2014 Here’s the situation: the World Health Organization has decided to green-light unproven drugs and vaccines, to “stem the tide of Ebola.” (8/12/2014: “Ethical considerations for use of unregistered interventions for Ebola virus disease (EVD)”; Link: who.int/mediacentre/news/statements/2014/ebola-ethical-review-summary/en/) Who appointed them king? This is the organization that lied a dozen different way to pump up the dud “epidemic,” Swine Flu, and colluded with pharmaceutical companies in the process. If it’s suddenly all right to give patients experimental drugs, whose safety has never been established in humans—what about vitamins and minerals, whose track record of safety makes medical drugs look like high-dose cyanide? As I’ve written, most of the people being diagnosed with Ebola have suffered for a long time under conditions of poverty, severe malnutrition, and absence of basic sanitation. If drugs and vaccines are deemed “compassionate intervention,” how about moving patients, before they’re terminal, to a clean facility and gradually improving their nutrition? Give them pure water. Introduce...

Parasites: The epidemic that is here now.

By:  Dr. Matthew Buckley, PSc.D. Monsters inside you In terms of numbers of people killed or harmed by a pathogen throughout the world, parasitic infections are arguably at the top of the list.  While many people, including health practitioners, tend to only think of parasites when a patient complains of persistent gastrointestinal complaints, the reality is that often times the parasites produce no obvious GI complaints.   Likewise, if an individual suffering from a chronic illness hasn’t traveled out of the country, the health care practitioner may further discount the probability that a parasite is causing the problems.  Due to my own challenges with parasites and their relationship with widespread fatigue and pain that I had, I have always acknowledged their likelihood in an individuals health complaint.  Having said that, a bad problem appears to be getting worse as the number of people dealing with parasites appears to be increasing based on what I have seen in patients so far in 2014. What are some common symptoms of parasitic infections? ...

Vegetarian diets associated with poorer health (higher incidences of cancer, allergies, and mental health disorders), a higher need for health care, and poorer quality of life.

(Dr. Buckley’s comment:  Vegetarian/Vegan diets are notorious for creating nutritional deficiencies in essential fatty acids, fat soluble vitamins, and B12.  Given that fact, it’s no wonder the following results were found in the study below.) Abstract Population-based studies have consistently shown that our diet has an influence on health. Therefore, the aim of our study was to analyze differences between different dietary habit groups in terms of health-related variables. The sample used for this cross-sectional study was taken from the Austrian Health Interview Survey AT-HIS 2006/07. In a first step, subjects were matched according to their age, sex, and socioeconomic status (SES). After matching, the total number of subjects included in the analysis was 1320 (N = 330 for each form of diet – vegetarian, carnivorous diet rich in fruits and vegetables, carnivorous diet less rich in meat, and carnivorous diet rich in meat). Analyses of variance were conducted controlling for lifestyle factors in the following domains: health (self-assessed health, impairment, number of chronic conditions, vascular risk), health care...

What the Whole Foods-Monsanto connection really means

by Jon Rappoport February 26, 2014 www.nomorefakenews.com Yesterday, I wrote and posted an article, “Top shareholders in Whole Foods and Monsanto: identical.” I laid out the five investment funds that hold huge numbers of shares of both companies. http://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2014/02/25/top-shareholders-in-whole-foods-and-monsanto-identical/ This means very little to Monsanto. But to Whole Foods—that’s a very different story. Suppose, for example, Whole Foods executives suddenly decided the best and most ethical approach to GMO crops is to ban them altogether. Not label them. (I know, it’s a fantasy, but just suppose.) And suppose Whole Foods led such a movement. Now, the investment funds that own all that Whole Foods stock could decide Whole Foods was going too far, and needed to be taught a lesson. The lesson could come in the form of unloading WF shares and sending the company’s stock price plummeting. The message would be: “Look, if you want to label GMOs, it won’t make Monsanto and Dow and the other ag-bio-tech giants very happy, but they can handle the fallout from...

Top shareholders in Whole Foods and Monsanto: identical

By Jon Rappoport February 25, 2014 Is there a Whole Foods-Monsanto connection? The answer is yes. But the important question is: what does this connection mean? What does it imply? Is it significant? If you consult open listings (for example, investors.morningstar.com), you can look at the major shareholders of these two publicly traded companies, Monsanto and Whole Foods. If you read the top 10 shareholders for each company—the holders of the most stock—you’ll see that five out of those ten are the same. Who are those five? Don’t prepare to see the names of individuals. The five are funds. Investment funds. They are, at the moment: Vanguard Total Stock Mkt. Index; SPDR S&P 500; Vanguard Institutional Index I; Vanguard 500 Index Inv; Harbor Capital Appreciation Instl. These funds buy stocks in many, many companies. These funds don’t say, “Well, we’ll buy Monsanto and Whole Foods stock and then exert massive direct control over Whole Foods and make it bow to Monsanto’s agenda.” No. That’s not how it works. These...

Why Polio Like Outbreak In Southern California Is Destined To Be Common, and Why the Medical Establishment and Government Are Destined to Make the Problem Worse

02/24/14 By:  Dr. Buckley The mainstream media is reporting an outbreak of a “polio like” illness in Southern California, which has  reportedly affected up to 25 children over the last year. “A mysterious illness doctors are comparing to polio has struck down up to 25 children in California over the past year, leaving them with paralyzed limbs and a bad prognosis. The children, aged between two and 16, all suffered paralysis of the arms or legs and some experienced respiratory difficulties. ‘What’s we’re seeing now is bad. The best case scenario is complete loss of one limb, the worst is all four limbs, with respiratory insufficiency as well. It’s like the old polio,’ Keith Van Haren, a pediatric neurologist at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, California, told USA Today.” It sounds scary, I know, but it’s time for you to get “street wise” to the deception about what’s the real driving force behind what is sure to be more “outbreaks” going forward.  You’ll notice that a couple...

Mumps Outbreak Amongst Those Vaccinated Against Mumps At Fordham University

(Dr. Buckley’s note:  If this would have occurred against the unvaccinated, it would have been national news.  Outbreaks among the vaccinated occur far more frequently than you are led to believe by the mainstream media.) Friday, February 21, 2014 NEW YORK (WABC) — The outbreak of the mumps at Fordham University has spread from one campus to another. There are now 13 reported cases, 12 at the Rose Hill campus in the Bronx and one at the Lincoln Center campus in Manhattan. The symptoms are similar to the flu, but the virus can also cause painful swelling. All of the infected patients had the mumps vaccine, but doctors say it’s not 100 percent effective. Infected students have been either isolated or sent home. – UHS saw 1 case in January, 4 cases on Feb. 18; 3 cases on Feb. 19 and 5 cases on Feb. 20. – All the students with suspected mumps infections have either returned home or have been isolated from other residents during the infectious phase...

Harvard Study Reveals That Water Fluoridation Reduces IQ, So Who Benefits, and Why Is Your Local Government Wasting Your Tax Dollars On Something Which Is Dumbing You Down?

Posted on February 10, 2014 by WashingtonsBlog   The Harvard School for Public Health reports: In a meta-analysis, researchers from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and China Medical University in Shenyang for the first time combined 27 studies and found strong indications that fluoride may adversely affect cognitive development in children. Based on the findings, the authors say that this risk should not be ignored, and that more research on fluoride’s impact on the developing brain is warranted. The study [click for abstract] was published online in Environmental Health Perspectives on July 20, 2012. Environmental Health Perspectives is a publication of the United States National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Harvard’s announcement continues: The average loss in IQ was reported as a standardized weighted mean difference of 0.45, which would be approximately equivalent to seven IQ points for commonly used IQ scores with a standard deviation of 15.   Some studies suggested that even slightly increased fluoride exposure could be toxic to the brain. Thus,...

297 scientists and experts agree GMOs not proven safe

Press release, European Network of Scientists for Social and Environmental Responsibility, 10 Dec 2013 The number of scientists and experts who have signed a joint statement[1] saying that GM foods have not been proven safe and that existing research raises concerns has climbed to 297 since the statement was released on 21 October. Dr Angelika Hilbeck, chair of the European Network of Scientists for Social and Environmental Responsibility (ENSSER), which published the statement, said, “We’re surprised and pleased by the strong support for the statement. It seems to have tapped into a deep concern in the global scientific community that the name of science is being misused to make misleading claims about the safety of GM technology.” The statement indirectly challenges claims by EU chief science adviser Anne Glover that there is no evidence that GM foods are any riskier than non-GM foods.[2] Dr Rosa Binimelis Adell, board member of ENSSER, said, “It seems that Anne Glover chooses to listen to one side of the scientific community only –...

Changing gut bacteria through diet affects brain function, UCLA study shows

By Rachel Champeau UCLA researchers now have the first evidence that bacteria ingested in food can affect brain function in humans. In an early proof-of-concept study of healthy women, they found that women who regularly consumed beneficial bacteria known as probiotics through yogurt showed altered brain function, both while in a resting state and in response to an emotion-recognition task. The study, conducted by scientists with the Gail and Gerald Oppenheimer Family Center for Neurobiology of Stress, part of the UCLA Division of Digestive Diseases, and the Ahmanson–Lovelace Brain Mapping Center at UCLA, appears in the current online edition of the peer-reviewed journal Gastroenterology. The discovery that changing the bacterial environment, or microbiota, in the gut can affect the brain carries significant implications for future research that could point the way toward dietary or drug interventions to improve brain function, the researchers said. “Many of us have a container of yogurt in our refrigerator that we may eat for enjoyment, for calcium or because we think it might help our...

Monsanto’s Roundup: new deadly scam exposed

By Jon Rappoport Roundup is the Monsanto herbicide that is touted as the cornerstone of GMO food crops. Monsanto claims these crops are genetically engineered to withstand heavy spraying of Roundup. Therefore, the crops live and the weeds die. Breakthrough. There are several key lies associated with these claims—but a new one has surfaced. A study to be published this month indicts Roundup and, in fact, the general class of insecticides and herbicides. On what grounds? When they’re tested for safety, only the so-called “active ingredients” are examined. The untested ingredients are called “adjuvants,” and they are said to be inert and irrelevant. But the new study concludes this is far from true. The adjuvants are actually there to INCREASE the killing power of the active ingredient in the herbicide or insecticide. Safety tests don’t take this into account. “Active ingredients” are already toxic, but the adjuvants ramp up their poisonous nature even higher. And the worst offender is Roundup. Here are key quotes from a January 31...

Are you increasing your cancer risk by taking folic acid? How a simple lab test may reveal the answer.

By: Dr. Buckley Folic acid is a synthetic variant of what is called vitamin B9.  In a successful effort to reduce neural tube defects in fetal development, processed foods have had folic acid added to them by law here in the US since 1998.  For this reason, folic acid is now considered to be one of the least common vitamins people may be overtly deficient in.  People often refer to folic acid and folate interchangeably, but they are in fact two distinct molecules.  Nature does not produce folic acid, and in actuality, your body doesn’t use folic acid to make your biochemical machinery function.   Nature produces the active folates, which are  naturally occurring in foods, mainly leafy green vegetables.  In order for folic acid to become a folate, and turn a number of important biochemical gears within your body, it must undero a multi-step biochemical process.  This is where problems may occur. When folic acid isn’t properly converted, or natural folate is lacking in the body, the following...

ADHD: Should your child take speed, or modify their diet?

By Dr. Buckley Study shows approximately 70% of children diagnosed with ADHD have food sensitivities, and dietary modification reduces ADHD symptoms by 50% in less than 3 months.  The American Psychiatric Association states in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) that 5% of children have ADHD, and the CDC estimates the following figures: Approximately 11% of children 4-17 years of age (6.4 million) have been diagnosed with ADHD as of 2011. The percentage of children with an ADHD diagnosis continues to increase, from 7.8% in 2003 to 9.5% in 2007 and to 11.0% in 2011. Rates of ADHD diagnosis increased an average of 3% per year from 1997 to 2006  and an average of approximately 5% per year from 2003 to 2011. Boys (13.2%) were more likely than girls (5.6%) to have ever been diagnosed with ADHD. The average age of ADHD diagnosis was 7 years of age, but children reported by their parents as having more severe ADHD were diagnosed earlier. Prevalence of ADHD diagnosis...
