- Follow up 30 min appointments with Rev. Dr. Buckley are $175
- Follow up 60 min appointments with Rev. Dr. Buckley are $250.
- Qest4 Initial scan including 1 custom imprint is $265.
- Follow up scans are $175 with one custom imprint.
