L-Reuteri Yogurt Making
Things you’ll want to make it with…
Yogurt maker:
Step 1: Add milk to to 32 oz jars and fill 3/4 of way full.
Step 2: Add 3 capsules of probiotic to milk.
Step 3: Add 1 tbsp of inulin to one jar with the milk.
Step 4: Whisk the probiotic and inulin to remove clumps.
Step 5: Place jars into sous vide container. Add water to container with sous vide attached. The water should reach to about 1/2 inch below the bottom of the lids of the jars.
Step 6: Set Sous Vide temp to 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit, and the time for 36 hours.
Step 7: Hit start and wait 36 hours.
Step8: Collect your yogurt and eat at least 1/2 -1 cup per day.

Coconut Milk L. Reuteri Recipe
The ingredients are as follows:
Coconut milk from the can (1) can.
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of guar gum
2 tbsp of potato starch
10 capsules of the probiotics
The coconut milk needs to be pastuerized first by heating it up to
185 before mixing everything together.
This is achieved roughly at the point of starting to boil. Remove from heat and cool down to room temp.
Don’t mix until it’s cooled back down to room temp. After it’s cooled, mix those ingredients together and divide and pour into your jars.
Set the yogurt maker to between
99-103 degrees. Ferment for 48hrs.
