Mineral taste testing and the ability to safely detoxify toxic metals.

By Dr. Buckley Outside of having adequate amounts of clean air, water, protein, and fat for your basic survival, minerals are important to you living a healthy and high functional life.  Minerals actually help your body build its structure, and are co-enzymes, which means that they help enable the activity of an enzyme to work properly.  You’ve probably heard of the neurotransmitter serotonin.  In order for your body to make serotonin, it requires a gene to make an enzyme which helps your body convert a substance called 5-HTP into serotonin.  However, the ability to complete this conversion process requires the co-enzyme minerals, zinc, and magnesium in order to do this efficiently.  If you lack those minerals, this process will be impaired, and you may end up manifesting serotonin deficiencies (depression, carbohydrate craving, etc). I haven’t found one person yet who wasn’t significantly deficient in minerals.  The good news is that I’ve found a good test that you can use at home to help you stay on top of your...

Truth about the Seralini rat-tumor-GMO study explodes.

by Jon Rappoport Remember a researcher named Gilles-Eric Seralini, his 2012 GMO study, and the controversy that swirled around it? He fed rats GMOs, in the form of Monsanto’s Roundup Ready corn, and they developed tumors. Some died. The study was published in the journal, Food and Chemical Toxicology (wikipedia). Pictures of the rats were published. A wave of biotech-industry criticism ensued. Pressure built. “Experts” said the study was grossly unscientific, its methods were unprofessional, and Seralini was biased against GMOs from the get-go. Monsanto didn’t like Seralini at all. The journal which published the Seralini study caved in and retracted it. Why? Not because Seralini did anything unethical, not because he plagiarized material, not because he was dishonest in any way, but because: He used rats which (supposedly) had an inherent tendency to develop tumors (the Sprague-Dawley strain), and because he used too few rats (10). That’s it. Those were Seralini’s errors. Well, guess what? Eight years prior to Seralini, Monsanto also did a rat-tumor-GMO study and published...

Vaccine mandates, and why you should educate yourself about the vaccine issue.

5th January 2013 – By Joel Lord The modern healthcare system, like any powerful corporation, is designed to favor those who acquiesce with their rules & regulations; likewise to weed out & alienate those who do not fall into line with the rest of the “herd”. The entire cesspool of Western Allopathic Medicine, fueled by a powerful medical mafia monopoly, dominates our lives through an endless barrage of mainstream media propaganda, a giant social engineering model, run by select committees of overpaid Technocratic Elites – void of any decent moral code of ethics, adherence to the Hippocratic oath or underlying sense of altruism toward humanity. How do we avoid their calibrated landmines, and retain what little we can of self reliance and self-sustaining capacity for natural immunity in these tyrannical times? We must reluctantly go along with their manufactured guidelines, in order to stand clear from the rest of the herd. It is important to understand that ANY/ALL exemptions pertaining to standard immunization vaccines (medical, religious or moral/personal belief...

Does sugar accelerate aging?

Newsletter published on:  November 12, 2012 Many prominent scientists now consider aging to be a disease, and in my opinion, there is no doubt that it is.  At the very least, the aging process can be slowed down by applying some common sense strategies to diet and lifestyle.  While there are undoubtedly a number of factors that can contribute to the aging process, the process which causes sugar to brown in baked goods can be attributed to what is called “glycation” in our skin, joints, and connective tissue which in turn accelerates aging. When simple sugars such as fructose or glucose become attached to proteins of fats in absence of a necessary enzyme they form  what are aptly abbreviated as (AGE’s), advanced glycation endproducts.   The production of AGE’s may not be totally abnormal within our body, however they should be minimized.  AGE’s affect different parts of the body, and with the high content of elastin and collagen, skin and joints become easy targets.  Both elastin and collagen aid in...

More dangerous than a terrorist….

Newsletter publish date:  April 23rd , 2013 The nation is still reeling from the tragedy that occurred at the Boston Marathon, and while I am in no way unsympathetic to those who lost friends and family members or who were injured from this event, it’s important to keep things in perspective.   With every crisis that occurs it seems that the government solution is to take away the rights of people who had nothing to do with the crime, and in reality the world is never safer when they do.(1)(2)(3)  Instead we allow for a greater consolidation of power into the hands of those who sought power and obtained it in government.    As it stands, the current risk of dying from a terrorist attack in America is around 1 in 20 million (3).  Even if you were a participant in this years Boston marathon, your risk of harm was less than .1% (3 people died and nearly 27,000 people participated). Below I will list 5 common activities of...
